Things to do on Animal Jam in 2019!

Heya there! It’s Dermatologist back here in the Archives and I’ve realized something. A lot of people say “Animal Jam is boring, there’s nothing to do.” Well— No need to fear, I’ve spent a few hours looking around Animal Jam and I’ve found some things to do that maybe you haven’t thought of that maybe can be a new hobby for you!

Decorating your Dens: Here in Animal Jam we have so much more diversity. There’s a common tendency to den decorate now. In Animal Jam— We have dens but have you ever thought to decorate? I’ve always believed den decorating can help promote brain activity since you’re layering, creating new items that you may not have or even exist yet. I’ve seen many Jammers even recreate scenes that are in public or an admirable place from a TV- show or a movie. It’s really fun and a lot of people here at the Archive enjoy and post about den decorating. We even make den decorating contests and others do as well, it’s a great chance to really show what you can do!

Collecting Items: This one can be a killer. Collecting items are extremely time consuming and it’s really fun, and you get this self achievement knowing you collected something. Most people collect what’s called Uncommon Clothing or Den Items. Let me explain: Animal Jam is said to be one of the fastest growing children games via resource Wikipedia. That’s an important factor because it grew. It wasn’t always like that and most of us were kids so we didn’t see that maybe an item was cool or good to our liking. So, when Jammers get older nobody really purchased the item and it’s harder to find. These are called Uncommons. They’re extremely fun to collect! However for this one: You may need to offer more for an item that Jammers aren’t willing to trade so hop on to our How To Get Rare in Animal Jam (2019) Article and it may help you out! Even collecting pets. A lot of people do that now and it’s popular to collect promo pets and those are fun too! Collecting is just a time and patience type of thing but it really is fun to a lot of Jammers.

Trading: This is a more obvious one as this is how Jammers typically get bored From binge trading all day and not really doing anything else. Perhaps you're interested in trading items up which means trading smaller items for an item with a bigger value, or however trading your big item of value down for a variety of items. Trading can be challenging, confusing, fun, exciting-- there's so many emotions and it's one of the most common things to do and some enjoy it. I've met Jammers who binge trade for 5 hours straight. That’s what I call commitment. f you have the member feature, staying in Jamaa and going in shops to see if there's any items you're looking for, or advertising can also be fun to see if there's an item you've possibly never seen before and are interested in!

Adventures: Before we start getting cliche here, hear me out. I get it, Adventures have been out as early as Mid 2013 (June) and it’s 2019 so obviously they’ve been out for a rough 6-7 years so they’re a bit old. But remember when I mentioned den decorators? I’ve met people, myself included that will pay Jammers spiked collars for nature items such as Boomseed Trees and other items especially seasonal ones. So it could be a way to get rare and you may even enjoy doing the adventures as well.

Achievements: I'm starting on this myself actually and this is actually fun for me. In the Sol’ Arcade there are about 28 arcade games to play and there’s over 100+ achievements. Try completing all of them? The games can be a bit challenging believe it or not and it really is something to do and to occupy you while still enjoying Animal Jam!
