Hey Jammers! Candybats and Antsrulez here! Sometimes, Animal Jam can get boring when you run out of things to do. So, we’ve created a list of TOP TEN things you can do in Animal Jam when you’re bored. We made sure to include a variety of activities to keep you entertained. If you try anything from the list, make sure to comment below!
1) Make a masterpiece of your favorite avatar!
Making masterpieces can be super fun! To give yourself a challenge, you could draw your favorite avatar. Maybe you could also draw your friends' look or draw a Jambassador. Put some Lofi music in the background and drawing can become very relaxing!
2) Give a gift to another jammer!
Gifts can really make someone's day and they are such a kind gesture! You could go to Jamaa Township, pick a random jammer and give them a gift. The gift can be anything from a blackout spike to a rare pet! The gift can be on the smaller side as well, at the end of the day it’s the thought that counts!
3) Try to get all the game achievements!
Did you know you could get sapphires for completing certain achievements for minigames? Some of the prompts are harder than others, but with effort it can certainly be done. If you’re super bored, trying to complete all of this will take plenty of time! You will also get a good amount of sapphires out of it.
4) Create a look using the grayscale filter
In this challenge, you have to go into your device's settings and change the display to grayscale. This will make everything on your screen turn to shades of gray. For a fun challenge, try making a look with the grayscale. Once finished, turn your display back to normal and see how the colors look!
5) Do a pack run with friends!
Pack runs are an enjoyable activity to do in Animal Jam! Playing with friends is even better. A fun way to burn time would be by asking your buddies to do a Pack Run! You never know what prizes you could receive…
6) Browse My Shop Explorer!
Use this time to find the goofiest of items, or even items that are unexpectedly cheap! Did you know, you can sort your list from the price to even the rarity with the little button in the bottom left corner of the shop!
7) Pamper your beloved pets!
If you do not have the pet station in your possession, you can usually ask one of your friends or other jammers to see if they have one in their den that you can use. Did you know, the more you pamper your pets, the more energy they get? This will be useful when sending them on a mission!
8) Create your favorite characters into Master Blocks!
Do you have a favorite anime or cartoon character? If you do, that will be an amazing base to create a pixel art version of your much beloved characters. You can find shared pixel art diagrams on the internet to help guide your creation!
9) Defend and protect your buddies from Pop Up Phantoms!
Keep those pesky Phantoms at bay by using a suitable back item to launch boom seeds at the Phantoms that can be spawned by the Phantom Howl potion. Did you know, you can get other potions and even alpha items from the drops of these phantoms!
10) Participate in a local roleplay!
Sip some hot cocoa and gossip with your buddies in a role play of a coffee shop, or you can even pretend to look after your family after a long day of attacking phantoms. Did you know, you don’t always need other jammers to role play, you can role play on your own and even with your pets!
