If you've been following along with the phantom game in Crystallis, you might have gotten the new alpha item dragon scale! As the dragon scales were collected, scales appeared around the wishing fountain.
When the final piece (out of 2,400) was found, the final scale appeared around the fountain. Now, when clicked on, there are many new options when wishing.
When you click on the fountain, you can choose for a pet dragon, a pet unicorn, to grow up your fantasy pet, to see other wishes granted, and to see your pet all grown up. If you choose to wish for a dragon, these are the options you can choose when customizing. Additionally, a new feature is you can see what your fantasy pet will look like all grown up. It is very helpful when choosing if you want to grow up your dragon or unicorn.
What Are Wishing Coins?
Wishing coins first appeared when unicorns were released and have been dropped by Owlbert. They can be used to get a pet unicorn or pet dragon from the wishing well or to grow up a fantasy pet. Wishing coins can now be purchased through the premium store, bought from the my-shop explorer, or traded for.
How To Get A Pet Dragon
Click on the symbol over the wishing fountain
Select “I wish for a Pet Dragon”
It costs one wishing coin for a pet dragon. If you want to customize their features it costs one more coin for each feature you want to customize like Color, Eye Color, Tail, Spine, Horns, etc.
Once you’ve chosen all (or none) of the features you want to customize click: Make a Wish
It will give you a heads up that the process is “unpredictable” and that the Wishing Well might surprise you with something “a little different” than what you wished for.
Congratulations, you have an adorable pet dragon! Now you might be saying: But how do I make it a playable avatar?
Growing Up Your Pet Dragon
Luckily this process is quite easy, and your pet doesn’t even need to be level 5! All it will cost you is one more wishing coin.
Head back to the wishing fountain and click the symbol on the top
This time select “I wish to grow up my Fantasy Pet”
Select the Pet you wish to grow up
Make your wish again and you’re all set!
Rare, Epic, And Legendary Dragons
Depending on how many coins are used to make a wish for a fantasy pet they might have a Rare, Epic, or Legendary symbol. Dragons can be normal, rare, epic, or legendary. They can have multiple rare+ traits, BUT if they have a rare and say an epic/legendary trait, it only shows the epic or legendary tag; higher rarities take priority with their special "tag.”
