Something huge has happened in jamaa!
Hey Jammers! With such a HUGE update, we had to gather some of our amazing authors to cover such a big story! Cuteypie, Asteralium, Candybats, YouthBunny, Celebrati0n, and Raven will walk you through all of the new changes, including a JAMtastic return of a fan-loved landmark!
Club geoz returns! - YouthBunny
Recently, the Alphas noticed some strange happenings around Jamaa. The past few updates we’ve been hearing some strange news about the Lines of Power. These ancient energy sources which flow throughout Jamaa, have been visible for the first time since the Eclipse. In the first sighting of the Lines of Power, the energy surrounded Club Geoz, eventually leading to its collapse. Currently, they can be seen surrounding the water fountain in Jamaa Township.
Now, it seems the Phantoms have taken control of the Lines of Power and used them to scramble up Jamaa! Upon first visit, you may notice a few buildings that seem out of place.
The Pillow Room has jumped across Jamaa Township, now being located on the pathway leading up to Sarepia Forest. It can still be easily recognized by the familiar blue door and the “buddies” icon sign, which hung outside the previous Pillow Room location as well.
Now that the Pillow Room has moved locations, another structure has shown up in its place. However, instead of a brand new room, it’s a place that many older Jammers may already recognize. Club Geoz is making a comeback! That's right, after 6 years of absence Club Geoz is back open to all Jammers. Be sure to gather all your buddies around the dance floor for a PAWsome time!
Lightside vs darkside bundle - candybats
A new type bundle was released in the diamond shop with the new update known as the Lightside vs Darkside bundle. The set costs 30 diamonds, and you get a lot of spooky things with it! You receive two armor sets, a skunk, a pet phantom, and Greely’s haunted hangout. The armor sets are the same but come in two different colors; Greely’s lightside armor is ivory, red and yellow while Greely’s darkside armor is purple and green. This armor set is perfect for a Night of the Phantoms costume!
New items - Cuteypie
There are a TON of SPOOKtastic items spread through Jamaa! Let’s check them out!
In the Phantom Vortex, there is a shop and a game that you can play to win an item! How do you get there? You take a Phantom Vortex, like the one next to the Den Shop in Coral Canyons. Simply walk on top of it, and you’ll be transported to the room!
After you beat level five of the game “Phantoms!” you will win your very own Phantom Vortex to decorate your den with. However, it doesn’t have the ability to teleport you inside of it.
The Spooky Shop is home to the red and yellow colored Ancient Juno armor set that is only available until October 6th. It cost 9 diamonds for the whole set. Pick it up now before it disappears FOREVER!
There is a new version of the Dance Club Hat and Headphones available in Epic Wonders, and it comes in purple, blue, and red! They are PERFECT to wear when hanging out in Club Geoz with your buddies!
Finally new to the diamond shop is the Dark Mirror den item set. For a total of 8 diamonds, this collection can be YOURS! With a dark purple color, these would fit right into a spooky-themed den! Could these items be related to the Lines of Power in Jamaa Township?
Making it's SPOOKY returns are the Wicked Armor and the Juno-themed den items! The scary, Wicked Armor set makes for another costume idea for Night of the Phantoms! The Juno-themed items that we saw when Juno was first discovered. There is a variety of different items, such as statues, wall-hangings, a couch, a chair, and a lantern. These are PERFECT for a Juno-themed den! If you haven’t had your chance to get your paws on them, now’s your chance to snatch them up before they DISAPPEAR again!
There will also be various new items coming to Jam Mart Clothing and Jam Mart Furniture as the month progresses, so keep checking those shops to see what’s new! We can’t wait to see what tricks AJHQ has in store for us for Night of the Phantoms items!
Mysterious Notes - celebrati0n & Asteralium
Naturally, all of this disturbance has quickly caught the attention of Jamaa’s Alphas, particularly the mysterious Greely who has left nine notes around Jamaa. (Thanks to our very own Raven/Lordlongearz for helping us finding the locations!) Keen Jammers may have already noticed his notes around the newly constructed Club Geoz and Alpha Headquarters. It would seem he is just as puzzled as the rest of Jamaa, wondering why it has returned and why the Phantoms, having this much power, didn’t choose to destroy the Alpha Headquarters.
Below is a gallery of all nine notes and their rough locations. You can click on each image to expand it to better read. There’s a lot to unpack here, so we’ll be diving into the details and providing our theories in an upcoming article. For now, leave a comment below with what you think Greely’s findings could mean!
More night of the phantoms - ravenPAWZ
There is so much more stuff that has returned during this PHAN-TASTIC event! Here are some of the regular yearly returns highlighted in the Jamaa Journal:
SPOOK-TACULAR Spooky Snow Leopards have returned to the Diamond Shop for 10 Diamonds!
The Epic Haunted Manor Den has also returned to the Diamond Shop for 5 Diamonds! Go get it decked out and have a fun haunted party!
On October 4th, we celebrate World Animal Day as a way to honor the variety of creatures that live in our world! A day where we raise awareness of them all on Earth to help them the best we can. Each species has a unique part in our world despite how different they may be! Give your PAW-SOME pets some lovin’ too! The World Animal Day banner is likely to return to Jam Mart Furniture on that day, as well.
Don’t forget about the Bitter Sweets adventure! You can now go in there and hunt for some candy as your pet! Collect the desired amount of candy to receive some SWEET rewards!

Finally, the Spooky Party has also returned back to Jamaa offering some returning fun spook-tastic items to wear and decorate your haunted dens! Go jam out with the Spooky Bones music and scare with your Pet Bats! (Hint there’s a bat icon on the wallpaper to purchase the Pet Bat for 400 gems!)
