Hey, Jammers! Today I’m back with another awesome minigame pair! (Yes, I know I changed the title) In this pair, I’ll be guiding you on the minigames Pest Control and Phantom Fighter. Now without further ado, let’s get right into the guides!
Pest Control
Though Pest Control is very simple, it’s very easy to slip up. One wrong move, and you’ve got yourself an infestation problem! However, there are a few ways to keep all of the pesky pests under wraps.
SAVE YOUR TOKENS! I cannot stress this enough, save your tokens! Tokens are the components that can MAKE or BREAK your game! Tokens can buy you critters that help keep the pests away. The more pests exterminated, the more tokens you earn. So, to do this, you must figure out a way to earn tokens, but also save them. In order to do so, take advantage of the five chomper plants that are granted to you in the beginning of the game. The first few waves are completely made up of ants and flies, which can be defeated using the chompers. During this period, don’t buy any unnecessary defenders!
How do I know which defenders keep which pests under wraps?
Chomper plant = ants and flies
Frog = all of the middle breeds (breeds before the ones that Lizard can defeat)
Lizard = the final pest breed in level one.
Snake = everything else
*I apologize for the vagueness of this list, I could not figure out what each breed was called XD

Phantom Fighter
Ah, Phantom Fighter. The one minigame that I really don’t care for. Let’s face it, it’s difficult, time consuming, and the gem payout is absolutely horrendous. However, I suppose I could inform you of my one technique.
Use the powerups for your complete advantage. The power ups are obtainable by reaching / touching them with your spaceship. Believe it or not, you can actually use your UP and DOWN arrow keys as well as the LEFT and RIGHT ones. So, if you see a powerup, feel free to snatch it up! Be careful of those pesky phantoms, though!

Thank you for reading this week’s err… Minigame Pair! I’ve sort of abandoned the whole idea of minigame pairs, I’d rather just do regular ‘ol guides. I’m not ready to let go just yet though! I might continue them, but I really don’t know. Anyways, I hope you found these guides informative and interesting. With all that being said, I’ll see you next week! Bye!
